Igloo Doghouse
This item was handled efficiently and was received in good order, except for the cap nuts; four were missing and any attempt to request them thru Amazon was a waste of time. They claim "others have complained of this and didn't get results in having the cap nuts replaced, so you may return the item and get a full refund". Medium Dogloo Goes Catloo
I bought this for the 3-4 cats that live on my porch, for the winter. I also got the body-heat mat for the inside, and the door (I'm reviewing those on their own product pages).I have uploaded a picture of the medium dogloo (Indigo Dog Home) with the door, and my cat Katrina, so maybe you can get a visual idea about size. She is maybe 5# IF that, a normal sized housecat breed.I bought two of these, and they came together in the biggest box I've ever seen, holy cats! I didn't even know carrier services could deliver boxes that big. Four normal adults could have fit crouching in it! Info about the product:* I was pleased to see the bottom section is deep enough that I didn't have to worry about rain 'sliding' into the doghouse, as my porch gets very puddle-ish in heavy rain.* There is a vent area near the top back.* There is no hole for the heater accessory, you have to drill one in the side of the cover, just fyi. fantastic dog house
I bought the extra large igloo for my dog. She is a mixture of possibly lab/chow?? She weighs 85 pounds, I could have bought the large, even medium igloo as she has a lot of room in this one! But she loves it! I also bought the pad that goes in it, as the flooring doesn't look to be very comfortable and she would just pull out a big blanket into the yard. I would like to add and warming pad for the winter and possibly a swinging door. It takes up a lot of room on our back deck, I would guess a good 4' x 4' area. It also has a ventilation slot on top to allow for stale air to escape.

Great Doghouse
This dog house was the best thing I ever bought. My lab loves sleeping in the igloo all day long... It keeps her warm and protected from the winter winds and winer rain/snow. Finalyy a real doghouse... Real sturdy and dependable

Great Dog House
Hi, we purchased the XL for our 85 Lb Rottie and she loves it, and she has plenty of room. I filled it with cedar shavings and she was quickly napping in it. I would definitely recommend this dog house.

Happy knowing outdoor felines are cozy in winter / summer
I was worried about the safety and warmth of the ferrel cats I feed but have used this small igloo for the last four years and just ordered another two.It keeps them warm through winter storms and freezing temps. here in the northeast and they use it in summer as well.

Igloo is Big on Comfort
My 6 lb. Jack Russell/Chi mix loves it. She will actually leave the comfort of an air conditioned home, go outside in 90 degree weather, and lay in her little dogloo igloo. That folks is a two paws way up high recommendation! This is the same dog who refuses walks in weather hotter than 75 degrees.

Great Dog House - and I have a big/destructive dog!
I read the previous reviews AFTER ordering this dog house and was very worried about my purchase. But honestly I was shocked how WRONG a lot of the reviews were in my opinion.My dog is an 80lb shepherd who is OUT OF CONTROL, lol, he's a great dog but he is very large and is still a puppy so very hyper and he destorys...well... everything!!!!! and not only does he LOVE his dog house, but he has not been able to destroy it like others in their reviews mentioned. He's jumped on it and pushed it and its still stand there just fine.It's basically made of thick plastic so it "seems" flimsy when you take it out of the box but once its snapped together it is quite sturdy. The first time I put it together it did seem flimsy then I realize a couple of the snaps were not fully in place, once I corrected that I have NO complains on its durability.It is hallow, as far ss no insolation so I got a dog mat for inside and put a blanket inside but he'd rather sleep...

Economical purchase
I have an older dog, so didn't want to spend a ton of money for something, not knowing how long it would be used (sadly), despite the other reviews, I wanted to find out myself. It was very simple to put together, I did not find it flimsy, maybe if all the tabs aren't locked into place. Someone said theirs blew away in a wind storm, but it IS recommened to be fastened down, which I did, made a frame of wood and fastened it to it, seems to be very sturdy. I cut a scrap piece of carpet to fit and my dog is now in HEAVEN! Yes it isn't insulated, but think that can be easily remedied by anyone who is a little bit handy. I think what I like the best is not having to paint it, wash it down and be done with it! It is also a very cute house.

Good House
Good House for the price. Easy Construction except for the plastic door. The hinges that hold the plastic do not stay on tight and come off easily. The house blocks the dogs from bad weather which is why I like it. I recommend putting a block of wood under the house because it is close to the ground and water can possibly get in.
