The Best
I tried 4 different poop bag holders, and this product is by far the best. Easy to put a refill roll in, easy to pull a bag when needed, and perfectly hanging on the leash. Well made with hard plastic. I won't go for anything else. The combination of black holder with blue poop bags looks even chic (I'm not kidding). In New York City where I live, there are so many selfish dog owners who leave mess on the streets. But if you truly love your dog, you've got to clean after him or her religiously - Who wants your own dog to walk on the streets covered with it? So, for me, this product is in fact the proof of true love for my best friend. Join the club.

Bags on Board Doggie Waste Dispenser Pack
Convenient to use because the dispenser attaches to any leash, ensuring that you won't forget to take a bag along with you everytime you go out.The dispenser is contructed thusly:-- The bone-shaped dispenser's end cap screws shut (as opposed to just pushing shut) which prevents the cap from coming off and having the roll of bags unravel on the ground.-- There are two holes on either side of the bone-shaped dispenser. One hole allows the bags to come out, and the other hole is for your thumb to hold the roll so you won't dispense more than one bag at a time.The only negative thing I can say about the bags is that you really have to yank to get the bags to tear off, but this is a minor detail. I'm just glad that the bags are biodegradable.This bone-shaped dispenser comes in various colors so you can match it with the rest of your dog's accessories, which is another plus.

Just the handiest thing EVER
I think I have grocery bags and newspaper bags stuffed in pockets of every coat I own - hooking this to the dogs leash ends all of that, because wherever you have the dog, you have the bags you need. Easy, and they're biodegrable, so you can recycle all of those grocery bags instead of putting them into the landfill. In the winter, I "open" the end of the next bag on the roll before I leave the house so I'm not struggling with it with my gloves on later, and it helps (a lot) to train your dog to stick around until you've had a chance to pick up.

I'm DONE with newspaper bags
For many, many years, I've been saving the plastic bag the newspaper comes in to use as a bag to pick up after my dogs. And for many, many years, I've thought "one of these days, I'm going to BUY bags."This thought would usually come following a pickup-gone-bad. In other words, one of those mornings where I discovered that the newspaper bag actually had a few holes in it as a result of the newspaper sliding on the concrete driveway when it was delivered.I finally decided I would check on Amazon to see what kind of dog waste bags were available and settled on these. I figured that 700 bags would last close to a year (two dogs... do the math), but I didn't want to buy a larger supply as I wasn't sure where I was going to store all those rolls of bags.I shouldn't have worried. The bags are a bit thin and will tear if you are not careful. However, they get the job done, and you really can't beat the price. I would order them again. The dispenser is nothing to brag about, but I was ordering these to fill a dispenser I had so I just chucked the free one. Top to learn more

Does the job well, at a reasonable price
We raise guide dog puppies, and have a pet Lab of our own. With two dogs around the house most of the time, effective waste clean-up is a priority. We've tried recycling plastic shopping bags (too large, and they often have holes in them), and purchasing special-purpose dog waste bags from the local pet store (varying quality, not biodegradable, and kind of pricey). The best option we had found so far was dog waste bags from Ikea, which were reasonably priced ($1.99 for 50), but not biodegradable. Unfortunately, Ikea has discontinued the product, so we were back to looking for an acceptable solution. After looking at some of the alternatives (flushable bags, in particular), we decided to try these bags from Green Stuff Only.Firstly, the price is hard to beat. If you look around, you'll see that it's hard to find bags for much under $.04 a bag. $5.99 for 200 is a very good price, and preferable to ordering thousands of bags to get a comparable price. Oxo Biodegradable
Having read some of the other reviews here, I thought it important to discuss the nature of the plastic that these bags are made from. They are not biodegradable in the usual sense of the term, nor do they claim to be. They are, however, oxo biodegradable, and that's good enough for me. Oxo biodegradable plastic is polyolefin plastic with metal salts added to it. These salts speed up the natural degradation process, allowing the plastic to degrade into microfragments of plastic and metals that will remain in the environment, but in fragments that cannot be seen, shortening the degradation process from hundreds of years to a year or so, which approximates the amount of time that it takes for organic material to compost. Following that, biodegradation will continue to break the material down according to the micro-organisms in the environment. Oxo plastics will not degrade well in a landfill because the levels of oxygen are generally too low, but they will degrade rapidly in a compost... Top to learn more

Great buy!
I bought these to refill my bone-shaped Bags on Board dispenser. I'm not sure what kind of dispenser J.L. has, but these work great for me. The bags are the same size as the name-brand ones, and they've held up well for picking up messes from my 50 and 60 lb labs. I haven't experienced any rips or tears. My only recommendation for improvement would be to mark where the tear line is between the bags. It is difficult to see, but I will continue to purchase these in bulk. Top to learn more
