Many products tried, this is the best
I work at a pet store and own two cats. I'm able to test litter used for one cat per box at home, and multiple cats at the adoption center located within my store. I've also had the opportunity to try a great deal of products. This litter is absolutely amazing, the best I've ever used. The clumps are as hard as rocks, but at the same time don't break apart into smaller pieces like some other litters do. It's unscented, and the litter box remains odorless even after heavy use. It's also dust free. To compare to other brands: World's Best is natural, flushable, non-toxic, and clumping. However, if you live in a small house or apartment the smell will get to you. The litter box will smell like vomit even after a couple uses. I have never used Swheat Scoop, but I heard it's a little better with smell than World's Best. Fresh Step, Tidy Cats, Premium Choice, and Petco's store brand are decent, but each has disadvantages like dust, or clumps breaking...

Great!
Clumps good, doesn't break apart when scooping, low dust, no perfume smell and works great for my 5 cats. And best of all, it's delivered to my door, no more dragging 30-40 lbs bags of litter from the store for me.

Good clumping, No perfumes
This litter works very well. I can't stand having my cats smell of perfumed litter and this litter works without all the dust and perfumes of your average clumping litter. I'd recommend it to anyone. I have 3 cats and it does a great job.

Duty made easier
I HATE cleaning a litter box. The dust, the smell, the nastiness just completed turns me off from the task. Arm and Hammer Double Duty Clumping Litter makes the entire chore more bearable. Worth the price
First, let me say that I can't believe I'm writing a review about cat litter...but honestly, this stuff makes my life easier so why not? I have used Everclean almost exclusively for over 10 years. Every now and then I think the price is too high so I switch to one of the mass-marketed scoopable brands like Tidy Cat. In every case, I have always switched back to Everclean. Why? It's better at containing the smell. When it gets p'd on by my cats it forms such a tight, hard clump that it holds together even if it sits there for a few days before I scoop it out. It doesn't turn to sludge in the cat box. It's easier to scoop. My cats like it better. And most importantly, it lasts twice as long (maybe more?) than the typical scoopable brands I've tried, so really it's priced about average. Well worth it.

Best Cat Litter I've Used!
After using many different types of cat litter available at the local big box stores, I was fed up with the horrible tracking, dust, and perfume smell. We are in the process of changing out the flooring in our house to hardwood, and the last thing I wanted was litter tracked through our entire home like it was with previous brands. Ever Clean to the rescue! This is bar none the best cat litter I've ever used, especially at the quantity provided for the price. There is absolutely no odor from the litter itself, and the amount of dust is very minimal. I was concerned that no odor cat litter = horrible pee smell after my cats used the box. I was pleasantly surprised that odor is controlled amazingly well. Only having to scoop the box once per day with 3 cats is a blessing :) As for the tracking, there is no perfect litter and with 3 cats, you'll always have litter tracked outside the box. With that said, the tracking is limited to the area near the box...

Good but not as dust free as claimed
I have used EverClean for years in a house with three cats. It is the best I have ever found for odor control and the clumps never break apart, even with three cats. Also, I rarely have to empty the whole box and start fresh, I just keep adding as the litter gets depleted and it never smells or gets "dirty" because of the super clumping ability. So why the 3 stars?? A couple of reasons. The most important is that this litter claims to be over 99% dust free. If this is true then 1% dust is still A LOT of dust. The dust is very fine and gets everywhere. Plus it is not like normal dust - probably due to the ultra clumping ability the dust sort of "sticks" and can't always be wiped off of surfaces easily. We recently had to move our box to a different area to accomodate our 19 year old cat. The dust is now starting to accumulate on original art and higher end furniture - not good! Let's face it... It's just cat litter.
Tidy Cats is CHEAP which is perfect because your cats are going to poop on it then you're going to throw it away. If you are too lazy to scoop clumps, this is the litter for you. Pour in a couple bags and then a week later dump it in the trash and chuck it. We have 2 cats and it rarely stinks unless we leave it for more than a week. But if you like cheap and easy, this is the way to go, it's cheaper than the store brand, and with the subscribe and save it's only about a buck more than getting it at the store and lugging it home, which in our case requires a bus or a taxi. You ever ride a city bus with 40 pounds of cat litter? Well you wouldn't like it.

Great value
It makes it so much easier to have this delivered then to buy at the dollar store. It is not my favorite kind but it works and is pretty cheap. I do like the fact I can just dump instead of scooping. It does help on smells and they are not just unbearable.

Tidy Cats Breeze system..
I've had this for a few weeks, and I'm really happy with it. The hugest advantage to this system is the urine is separated from the 'litter' and odor is greatly reduced. The litter consist of pellets similar in shape/size to the wood-based natural litters, but they are of a hard clay, which doesn't break down with moisture, and they keep their shape. Thus, the urine drains straight down through a grid to the pad (in its own slide-out drawer), and the poo stays on top to be scooped away. The pee will not ferment with the characteristic stench, and you don't have to deal with clumping litter which doesn't really clump, and is just plain stinky and messy to scoop up. The proprietary 'pee' pads are kind of like a giant maxi pad, and absorb a lot of liquid. Also, the bottom side of the pad is plastic, and the pad fits into the tray in a way that the plastic is upturned to keep the tray itself dry. Maintenance consists of merely taking the drawer...

I got this yesterday and so far it looks good, I've been using silica litter but even the cheap stuff is not that cheap and is fairly dusty, so I've been looking for an alternative and this seems to be it. The silica works great for drying up odors until it gets pee saturated. I sprinkled at little of the old wet litter on the breeze litter and the cats used it right away. The pee does drain through and the pads are good, they've used it quite a few times and the pad still feels dry. I'm actually hoping they DON'T poop in it and continue to use the silica for that, then I'll have the best of both worlds, the poop will dry and the pee will be able to be gotten rid of so the expensive silica will last longer. After a week, still on the first pad and haven't noticed any odor problems. Have 3 cats and left the silica so they are using both but they are using the breeze a lot. Adding crystals or enzyme spray to the pad might stretch it's life out even longer. They've...

Worked great for pee & hard poo, BUT could not stand the poop smell
Back when I used the breeze cat system, there were 4 cats in the apartment (2 are my cats, and the other 2 were my brother's cats that I was temporarily taking care for him). I had the breeze next to the original litter box for 3 days and none of the cats used it. They all went on top of the pellets to check it out but did not pee/poop in there. One of the cats tried to eat a pellet and I took it away from him. I *think* none of them actually ate it. On the 4th day, I took the original litter box away, and then they all started using the breeze. There were no "accidents" in the apartment and I did not find pee or poop on the floor or carpet. I think the fact that I placed some of the pellets with their original litter really helped them get accustomed to the product (and also since the breeze system was sitting there for 3 days, they were at least familiarized with it). Best clumping litter sand, ever
Best litter sand I've ever used, hands down! I've tried many different clumping litter sands. Most are so heavily perfumed, it gives me a headache and make my whole house smell like cheap perfume, especially after the cats use the box or I add more sand in it. On top of that, most had unacceptable amount of fine dust generated that caused me and my cats to sneeze and cough, not to mention cover everything in the near vicinity of the litter box with fine dust layer that makes things look like it was painted with matte greyish-white paint. This unscented version clumps very hard, has much lower fine dust, and best of all, VERY VERY lightly scented but still controls the smell very well. You still can tell it's been perfumed, so it's not entirely "unscented", but it's nowhere over-perfumed like all the others, and it does not bother me at all (I'm very sentivie to smell). Amazing litter
I must keep my Persian Kitten's Litter Box in my small bedroom.I've had cats before where odorous litter boxes were a present and disgusting problem. EVER CLEAN UNSCENTED CLUMPING LITTER is completely odor-free without the scented chemicals I abhor and with a nifty litter box (no not the pricey automatic cleaning litter box ), my apartment has no cat smell, so even though the litter is pricier, I'd pay double for it.Thanks for the technology. Would be 5 stars if it were less expensive
Phenomenal product. I have had cats for many years and I finally spent the extra money on this litter. I was fed up with trying every other kind of litter and still having the odors. Well, this is the magic litter. I cannot believe the difference. There's no odor (unless you leave it for weeks!). I don't even have to hold my nose to clean out the litterbox now. Since it's really expensive I try to buy the larger jugs. I also tend to buy a cheaper litter and mix a little of it in with the EverClean so I feel like I'm getting a better cost. But if you have the money to spend on it, this product is worthwhile. Try it once. You'll see.
