Kitty Paradise
I bought this cat tree for my two cats (one adult about a year old and one kitten about 4 months old) who had been disagreeing since the younger of the two arrived. They both instantly fell in love with it, and have even stopped fighting since it arrived! I worried at first that the top perch has the tiniest wobble to it, but it doesn't seem to bother either kitty. They play on it and sit next to each other watching the squirrels go by. It's a great product that I'd recommend to anyone with one or more cats. It's really sturdy with a good solid base. As long as you tighten all the bolts enough, you shouldn't have any wobble to 95% of its structure (just the very top and only a tiny bit). Assembly is pretty easy, just make sure to put the flat headed bolts in the bottom of the base and not the rounded ones. Great Cat Condo!
I ordered this on Sunday and recieved it on Tuesday! My 2 cats really enjoy climbing this sturdy tower and quite often are found sleeping on the top shelf. This unit is quite sturdy and it took less than 30 minutes to assemble it. I'm a 60 year old female so someone else may have been able to assemble it qicker. I definately reccommend this Tower. Multiple Cat Household's Dream!!!
Very easy to assemble! We have a multiple cat household and have cats of various ages, sizes and agility skills. Our heaviest cat at 17 lbs fit on all levels and while the platforms at the top are not the biggest he fit on them comfortably. Our oldest cat at 18 years old used the stair climber to the next level from the floor and did so with ease. The tree is sturdy and we don't have any wobbling that would make us hesitate having two 17 pound cats at the top jumping around. It is made with solid wood, not particle board which is great! The felt "fake fur" covering the wood is thin, not like the carpet on most other trees, however, it is soft and easy to clean. The scratching posts are used the most and hold up very well to every use. You may want to get new hanging toys because the little yarn balls that come with the tree fall apart easily. 6 large cats love this cat tree!
I have 6 big kitties - the smallest weighs 10 pounds and the largest is 15 pounds and almost a yard long. I wasn't sure if they would be able to use the little house, but they all can fit in it and love to sleep there. The tall perches are sturdy and are also favorite sleeping places. We have had this tree for four months, and my cats play hard on it every day. It has held up well - all I have to do is tighten the screws on the taller perches about every 6 weeks. The fur covering is MUCH nicer than the cheap carpeting most companies use. It doesn't shed all over like the carpet ones do. It is also easy to vacuum or brush clean. There are lots of sisal-wrapped posts for clawing, and they go far enough up that even my biggest cats can get a good stretch. Amazing Product and Value
I almost never write reviews but for this product I simply had to, it is that good! I bought a second one after getting the first, I was so impressed. I then bought a 62 inch Armarkat tree to complete the buying spree (more on that below). I now have one tree for each level of my townhouse, for my two newly adopted rescue cats of seven months and one year, respectively. I've had them for two weeks now. My female is a quiet and gentle cat, the male an active, playful rabble-rouser. They both really like them, her mainly the cat condos for sleeping, him the higher perches for racing up and down and playing with his toy mouse. They both use the sisal posts frequently. This is a GREAT condo for cats!!!
It is VERY easy to put together, because the pieces twist together. It is extremely sturdy, which means that you will not need to worry about it toppling over. The toys come off easily. If you have cats that like to climb, or perch this is a good addition for your household. I have three cats, and they all love it. My oldest climbs up the stairs instead of jumping. The two youngest cats like to sleep on the highest perches. I suggest keeping it next to a window, because they will love being able to perch and look outside at birds. Overall, other than the toys this condo was more than worth the amount it cost. It you really want to see your kitties happy, this is the way to go! :) Top to learn more

For me this was a major purchase and I did a LOT of research for a suitable cat gym furniture as my cat is 15 pounds and stands about 18 inches tall on all four legs. Condo, ramp, and top perch were three must-have features... The color was fantastic. For the price the model looked promising; I checked out the reviews for both colors of the F2040, noting all concerns. I did email the company about the size of my cat- they politely but briefly assured me that each perch supported 20 pounds of weight. Promptly after placing my order GoPetClub emailed me the tracking number; my item arrived in a timely fashion. Somehow the box was damaged and the base piece exposed (picture provided). Another note about shipping... the order is calculated at 55c per pound and stated shipping weight is 89lbs, thus $53.80 in S&H. Yet in actuality it is only 70lbs, thus more than a $10 difference. Great value, Great Price
I ordered this after I read the other reviews. Following the advice of previous reviews, I checked this item directly with Armacat - they now wanted over $230 for this item, and with ebay - the lowest price was $130, so Amazon still had the best deal. I was a little apprehensive about putting it together, but when I considered the savings over buying one already assembled from my local pet store, I decided to try it. I figured if I can put together Ikea furniture, I can do this:) It arrived quickly, and was simple to put together - I completed it in less than 20 minutes. One tip: when using the double sided screws, don't screw one end in completely and then attempt to screw in the other side. The screw is too short for this to work. Instead, scew one side in part way, then the other, and twist the leg to make sure they are tightly secured in place. Happy as can be!
We recently adopted a kitty from the local animal shelter and found that we didn't have much for her to climb on. When we brought her home, we also found that she loved to play and that she was teething! This product helped us with all of those things. She loves to climb up and down the condo, she can chew on the ropes, there are dangly toys for her to bat at, poles for her to scratch, and there are even places for her to sleep and just hang out. Good product, but check this out...
I've got three cats and they love it...however, please note that the quoted Amazon price for shipping is a tad over $30...on top on the $89 price. I went to the Armakat home site and found the same product for $109...and they made a point of saying FREE SHIPPING to anywhere in the continental U.S., and I'll let you do the math. Amazon goes on about how they calculate shipping rates and how they want us to understand about mail order and all, but really...either Armakat or Amazon are being just a little too tricky here. Awesome Cat Stand
I saw that this cat tree had over a hundred positive reviews on another site, so ordered one. Assembled in less than 30 minutes. Sturdy, solid stand IF YOU MAKE SURE TO TIGHTEN PROPERLY and enough. It is very easy to move around on a smooth floor. I have four young cats, and the three males are very active and play aggressively. They loved this stand instantly, but the great thing is that even though they rough-house on it, they are also very mellow on it. They love sleeping in the perches and are very calm when they are resting there. The material is not carpet, but a kind of plush covering, but no matter as they use the many sisal posts to scratch on. The underlying material is a kind of particle board vs. plywood, which is great because you can staple lots of other hanging toys from different places. My cats range in weight from 11-13 pounds and it is plenty big enough for them, including the perches.The other reason I got this was for my 4th cat's... Top to learn more

Great Price & Great Product
I read all the mixed reviews on this product and was hesitant to order it. I'm glad I finally did. The furniture arrived 4 days after I ordered it. The box was not beat up as I have read in other reviews. All pieces were in the box as well. The directions were easy to understand. It took me about 45 minutes to complete the assembly. I had no trouble. I have read many reviews about the stairs not working. I had no issues attaching them. It is not at all wobbly either. If this company had these issues in the past they have corrected them. I did notice a faint odor but it smells like glue. It is not a strong odor, I believe it is from the sisal rope glued onto the posts. My cats didn't seem to be bothered by it. The furniture is not covered in carpeting but with a soft furry like fabric. It is quite nice and my cats immediatley started rubbing all over it. Overall I would highly recommend this product. cats love it BUT...
This is not the best quality and I'm sure the company (go pet club) is well aware of that fact. My cat tree is missing one of the mice on the string and I second what another reviewer said: the stairs do not work. Whoever designed the stairs messed up on that part because there was no way they could be put on. If you screw them in, they hang straight down. Also, the top condo needed a longer screw, so I went out and bought one to solve that problem. It just sucks because I have these cat tree stairs hanging out in my closet now with no use for them (any suggestions?). I emailed the company about the problems and they sent me 2 really crappy screws that had been sloppily cut to another size as well as an extra condo piece (which I didn't need but was happy to get), but they didn't do anything about my missing mouse and those BS screws did not fix the stair issue. They wanted pictures showing the problems as if they don't know about it already. & FYI I put blankets inside... Top to learn more

Great concept, poor execution
The unit is easy to assemble. The design flaw most likely occurred in order to make it more compact for shipping and stocking. Rather than a single board center support, the sisal wrapped center is 5 segments. Once assembled, the climber bows, which wouldn't occur if the core was one board rather than segments. Once hung on a door, the slight bow means that the climber isn't flush. Each time a cat jumps onto it, it bumps against the door. I was able to tighten the tension spring on the door mount to minimize this, but then damaged my door trying to get the unit back over it. Hanging would be easier with two people. Secondly, the platforms are not that large. I have two adult cats weighing 9 and 14 pounds. Both cats looked rather oversized for it. Great for kittens
This climber is great if you live in an apartment and want to give your cats a dual scratching-post/climber without sacrificing space. I have two small kittens (11 weeks old) that took to it in no time. We will come home from work and find both of them on the top platform looking down at us. Note: If you have small kittens, you might want to initially help them figure out how to get down from the lower perches before leaving them alone with it - it is a little easier to get up than down. The review critiquing the construction is correct. The unit would benefit from a solid back (after I move, I will be looking into a way to create my own backing for the climber), and the platforms, while large enough for two small kittens to sit on with each other, may be too small for large cats. The climber does sway a bit when the kittens initially jump on it - this is not for skittish cats. If you have a cat that would have no issue climbing a tree branch, then they'll have no problem...
