Love these cat collars!!
These are GREAT collars for my active cats. Many (most, in fact) of the "safety collars don't stand up under even the lightest of strain and too easily pop off from just regular play fighting and rubbing against tree or ground outside. Then the name tag / phone number and vaccination tag are LOST. These are of an elastic material which allows any ACTIVE and HEALTHY cat to stretch it and slip out of it if really caught in something but not easily be slipped or pulled off. DEFINITELY A 5 STAR PRODUCT!

Functional collar
The collars don't pull apart when the cat is rolling around like the break away safety collars. With these collars the tang can be pushed through the collar at any location. The collar has started to fray after one month. So far, the cats haven't lost one collar where previously I lost three of the safety break away collars in two days.

Tinker Bell safety collar.
I mainly got this to tell where my kittens were since it's typically dark when I get home from work and don't want to step on them if a light isn't nearby. In that regard they work very well. However, as the product name says, it's probably intended for older cats, I'd say 6 months and up would be ideal. The problem I ran into was they'd play with the bell and it would eventually become a bandoleer and I'd have to pull a leg out of it. I'm not sure if that was becuase of the collar being too loose, the elasticity of the collar, or a little of both.

Very nice collar worth the money.
This is nice, sturdy collar. I bought it for it's glow in the dark quality. Our cat blends in with carpet in the dark. My husband was worried about stepping on him when getting up from bed at night. I can't say it really solved that problem. The collar does glow brightly but our cats hair covers most of it up. If you're buying it for the glow in the dark quality you'll probably have to trim the hair on your cat's neck.

Good quality safety collar
I got this collar for my black cat so it will be easier to find her in the dark. She is an indoor cat, but I know that if she ever got outside at night it would be basically impossible to see her. I wanted a collar that would help keep her safe if she got lost. And it also helps keep track of her in the house. Even in dim lighting the collar glows faintly and it reflects brightly when a light is shone directly on it. I also like that the material is sturdy yet pliable and lightweight. My cat frayed the last collar she had, but she has been unable to hurt this one. It still looks like new. The safety-lock is also innovative, as it's adjustable. It can make it harder for a hefty cat to lose the collar or easier for a small or frail cat to break free if they get stuck.

Rogz Catz Glow in the Dark Cat Collar
Best collar I have come across to date. It really does glow in the dark and I love it! I also think the adjustable locking system is a great idea. These are lightweight and I was able to get them on 3 homeless cats without a problem...it's been a few weeks and so far they still have them on. Would buy this product again as they are very, very well made.

Pink Kitty Collar
I have two cats and bought the pink and red collars. The cats look so cute with the little bow, but honestly these collars are not well-made. The ends flap and are almost impossible to secure. The product feels cheap. I expect to get a few months of "oh gee that is so cute" from them and then toss them. The x-small was way too big for my very fat cats.

Have collared my cats for years and Safe Cat is now the only brand I will buy
Recently, a friend called me upset because her 18 year old cat had gotten his front leg snagged in his collar and she couldn't get the breakaway collar to actually break off. She'd had to run for a knife and hope her pet didn't injure himself before she got back to help. She asked me what collars I bought and I told her "Safe Cat." When we first started collaring our cats, we tried a couple of different brands. Like the collar she used, some just did not 'break' when you needed them to. While our cats are strictly indoors, they still manage to get hung up in the oddest of places. Probably the worst for me was hearing a terrible racket and running to my office to realize my cat had somehow hung up on one of the slim levers on the bottom of my office chair. He was running and the chair was rolling, which didn't help--but his Safe Cat collar broke away and that saved a huge mess. These Safe Cat breakaway collars really do work...

Cute ...err ARRRR!!!
Our city has started a mandatory shots/tagging for cats, so my always-indoors cats needed collars. My black cat L.B. is somewhat of a rogue, so when I saw this I knew he had to have it. I wasn't sure what to expect from this collar but when it arrived and I'd gotten it out of the package, I was impressed by the quality. The nylon webbing is tightly woven and smooth. The skull and crossbones design is clear and actually *stitched* into the collar, not printed on it. The little metal clip for the bell is split so you can remove the bell, or keep it on and add a tag. The "safety" for this collar comes in the design of the snap closure, which is a plastic clip - one piece a "c" shape, and the other piece an "o" shape. The C clips onto the O and is designed to hold under normal circumstances yet will break away under pressure (about 4lbs - so even a small cat can wear this and be safe). There is an adjustable slide for length, so this collar will fit your cat unless he's...

Nice Collar
I bought this collar for my Fiancé's cat because I thought maybe if he had some cool attire I would like him more. He's a moron so it didn't make me like him anymore BUT he looks great wearing the collar. It has a tiny bell that you can remove if you choose and it has a adjustable strap which is great because it fits around his fat neck. The skulls and swords are nicely stitched and all around it's a good product.

Exactly what I needed!
We've tried several different safety collars on our 2 year old cat, but she always takes them off while we're not looking (sometimes while we are). We also have trouble finding one that even fits at retail pet supply stores. I put this collar on about 3 weeks ago and she's never taken it off. I've also not seen here chewing at it and trying to get out of it, so I guess it's pretty comfortable. The collar is somewhat elastic and is fully adjustable - just put the clasp through any part of the collar to make it the desired length. I'm very happy with the features of this collar - it's exactly what we needed. Also, the price on Amazon is roughly half what any collar can be found for in retail stores. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

Works as expected
A very simple and reliable product. My cat has worn this for 5 years straight and it's done its job well. I've only had to buy a new one because the last lost its color from being sun bleached, and the elasticity has worn out. To address the previous reviewers issue with missing holes..that's the point of this collar, and also the beauty of it. The band is elastic so that the buckle can be arbitrarily sized to fit your specific pet.

Very nice collar for the money!
Great collar for the money, very stretchy. It's very long, so I had to cut a couple inches off the end and burn it to prevent fraying, but I didn't mind. As far as no holes in it, you simply push the buckle prong through the weave of the collar. Don't make any holes or you're ruin it.

Great Collar, My Cat Keeps It On!
Unlike our previous collar, my cat actually doesn't actively try to remove it. I did have to cut the strap due to its length as my cat kept playing with it (it's stretchy). Since the collar doesn't have defined holes (you can fasten at any part of the collar), it will fit any size cat.
